Why Work at Shine?

Uncapped earning potential - strong performers regularly earn $30-40+/hr
Tips & weekly bonuses that are 100% driven by your effort

No experience required - we hire for attitude, not skill
Clear growth opportunities as the company expands
Your input matters - we rely on our team to shape how we grow

What You'll Be Doing

Qualifications (Helpful but Not Required)

Labour or maintenance background
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Basic maintenance or service skills
Construction background is an asset, but not required
