Original job description

If you’re tired of being just another number on a schedule - clocking in, clocking out, and watching someone else decide your future - this job is for you.

At Shine, your work ethic directly controls your income. We offer an uncapped performance-based pay structure, meaning you are in charge of your own raise. Our top performers consistently earn $40+/hour through a combination of hourly pay, tips, and weekly bonuses.

This is physically demanding, outdoor work - but for the right person, it’s also a real opportunity to grow, earn, and be part of something that matters.

Why Work at Shine?

Uncapped earning potential - strong performers regularly earn $30-40+/hr
Tips & weekly bonuses that are 100% driven by your effort
As many hours as you want - work more, earn more
No experience required - we hire for attitude, not skill
Clear growth opportunities as the company expands
Your input matters - we rely on our team to shape how we grow

What You'll Be Doing

Working outdoors as part of a tight-knit team
Solving problems and thinking on your feet
Cleaning windows and working on ladders
Painting & staining decks
Pressure washing

Who Thrives in This Role?

People who succeed here:

Take pride in hard work
Are solution oriented and dependable
Don't complain or coast for a paycheque
Want their effort to be noticed and rewarded
Are motivated by growth, responsibility, and earnings

Qualifications (Helpful but Not Required)

Labour or maintenance background
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Basic maintenance or service skills
Construction background is an asset, but not required

No experience needed - training provided.

Applicants must be comfortable at heights (ladders above one storey). This is a full-time role and not intended for students. Please be prepared to provide a reference from a previous employer.

If you’re ready to work hard, earn more, and be part of a company where your effort actually matters - apply today.
