Warehouse Associate - Pick & Pack

Shiporo is a fast-growing 3PL based in Laval. We handle fulfillment for e-commerce brands, mostly Shopify stores, scaling their operations across Canada. We're a small, hands-on team and we're looking for a Warehouse Associate to help keep orders moving out the door every day.

This is a 30-40 hour/week role based at our Laval warehouse (2355 Mnt Masson, H7B 0A2, Laval, Québec). Weekday shifts typically between 9AM-5PM operating hours.

What you'll be doing:

Picking and packing orders
Receiving inventory and putting away POs
Organizing inventory in the right locations, and setting up new ones when needed
Replenishing stock in bins, on shelves, and on pallets
Printing shipping labels
Handling carrier drop offs at the end of the day
Processing returns
Running cycle counts
Keeping the warehouse clean

What we're looking for:

Reliable and punctual, someone we can count on every shift
Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for a full shift
Good attention to detail, comfortable using SOPs to work fast and accurately
Comfortable with basic computer use
A fast learner, open to feedback and figuring things out
Positive, roll your sleeves up attitude when things go wrong
Strong work ethic, genuinely enjoys the work and takes pride in it
Entrepreneurial mindset
Team player who enjoys working in a team

Bonus if you:

Have warehouse or fulfillment experience
Have worked with a WMS before (we use ShipHero)

Shiporo est un 3PL en pleine croissance basé à Laval. Nous gérons la logistique pour des marques e-commerce, principalement des boutiques Shopify, qui font croître leurs opérations à travers le Canada. Nous sommes une petite équipe très impliquée et nous cherchons un(e) associé(e) d'entrepôt pour nous aider à faire sortir les commandes chaque jour.

Ce poste est de 30 à 40 heures/semaine, basé à notre entrepôt de Laval (2355 Mnt Masson, H7B 0A2, Laval, Québec). Quarts de semaine généralement entre 9h et 17h.

Ce que vous ferez :

Préparer et emballer les commandes
Recevoir l'inventaire et ranger les bons de commande
Organiser l'inventaire aux bons endroits et créer de nouveaux emplacements au besoin
Réapprovisionner les bacs, tablettes et palettes
Imprimer les étiquettes d'expédition
Gérer les ramassages des transporteurs en fin de journée
Traiter les retours
Effectuer des inventaires cycliques
Garder l'entrepôt propre

Ce que nous recherchons :

Fiable et ponctuel(le), quelqu'un sur qui on peut compter à chaque quart
Capable de soulever 50 lb et de rester debout tout un quart
Bon souci du détail, à l'aise de suivre des procédures pour travailler vite et bien
À l'aise avec l'utilisation de base d'un ordinateur

Nous sommes une petite équipe qui avance vite et qui met un point d'honneur à bien faire les choses. Chaque commande qui sort représente une marque, alors on traite l'entrepôt et chaque commande comme si c'était les nôtres. Ça veut dire mettre la main à la pâte partout où on a besoin d'aide pendant les quarts occupés, parler rapidement si quelque chose cloche (dommage, erreur de stock, peu importe), et rester flexible quand les priorités changent en cours de journée.
