Direct, evaluate, plan, and organize daily retail operations, including merchandise and service selection, marketing strategies, budgets, revenues, and expenses. Recruit, hire, assign duties to, and supervise staff while resolving customer concerns and operational issues such as supply shortages.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2 to less than 3 years of experience. The role is on-site and requires a criminal record check.
