MARINE PARTS SPECIALIST

Are you passionate about boating and the marine industry? Do you have extensive marine product knowledge, sales experience, and exceptional customer service skills? If so, Shore Cycle & Marine wants you! We're expanding our team in Mahone Bay and are looking for an experienced Full-Time Marine Parts Specialist to join our growing dealership. Work with some of the industry's leading marine brands in one of Atlantic Canada's largest showrooms.

YOUR ROLE

As a Marine Parts Specialist, you'll be a key resource for customers looking for the right parts, outboards, accessories, and equipment for their boating adventures. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Connection: Assist customers in selecting marine parts, outboard motors, accessories, and boating equipment that best suit their needs.
• Industry Expertise: Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and stay informed about marine products, equipment, and technology.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, coordinate purchasing, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Parts & Orders: Source marine parts, process customer orders, and maintain accurate records.
• Computer Skills: Utilize dealership computer systems for data entry, inventory tracking, and order management.
• Social Media: Create and share engaging content across social media platforms to promote marine products and accessories.
• Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support dealership operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous marine sales experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of boats, outboard motors, marine parts, and accessories.
• Marine parts or dealership experience is preferred.
• Good mechanical knowledge and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills and confidence using social media platforms.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a team environment.
