WHO WE ARE

Sid Lee is a global creative company built to break the ordinary.
Since 1993, we've challenged conventions and brought together different minds, disciplines and perspectives to create work that makes a difference.
At the intersection of craft, culture and innovation, we build brands, experiences and solutions that move businesses and culture forward.
From strategy and design to technology, AI, content and experiences, we believe the best ideas don't fit neatly into categories.
Neither do we.
We Break the Ordinary.

ROLE

At Sid Lee, good stories are everywhere: in our projects, ideas, teams and collaborations. We’re looking for someone curious, resourceful and organized, who can identify these stories and help bring them to life.

In this role, you’ll build relationships with Sid Lee teams across North America to discover the projects, ideas, talent and initiatives that deserve to be showcased. You’ll gather the information and materials needed to enable the Content team to create compelling communications, while coordinating several brand, visibility and recognition initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Uncovering the stories worth telling:

Build relationships with creative, strategy, production and account teams across North America.
Identify projects, ideas, innovations, talent and initiatives that could enhance Sid Lee’s profile.
Understand what makes each story relevant: the idea, insight, challenge, innovation, impact or people behind it.
Gather the necessary briefs, results, photos, videos, testimonials, credits and permissions.
Maintain an organized library of projects, stories and assets.
Identify relevant opportunities for our communications, public relations, awards and business development initiatives.

Working with the Content team to bring them to life:

Turn discovered stories into posts, videos, case studies and other relevant formats.
Prepare clear and comprehensive briefs.
Serve as the link between the teams behind the projects and those producing the content.
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals and permissions.
Help maintain a continuous content pipeline that reflects Sid Lee’s creativity and expertise.

Coordinating brand and visibility initiatives:

Manage the calendar of awards, rankings and recognition opportunities in Canada, the United States and internationally.
Coordinate the preparation of submissions with Creative, Production, Brand & Communications teams and external partners.
Gather the copy, results, videos, visuals, credits and other required materials.
Track deadlines, approvals, registrations and submissions.
Support the preparation of conferences, events, juries and other visibility initiatives.
Track priorities, deliverables and results while anticipating obstacles and finding solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

Approximately 4 to 6 years of experience in project management, creative production, marketing, content or communications.
A strong understanding of the creative, advertising, design or production industries.
A strong curiosity about ideas, people, brands and culture.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Initiative, autonomy, rigour and strong attention to detail.
An ability to build relationships, ask the right questions and collaborate with a wide range of profiles.
The ability to meet tight deadlines and keep projects moving forward.
Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both French and English.

Bringing the ideas that define us to life:

You know how to recognize a good story before it has even been fully told. Comfortable working with creatives as well as producers, strategists and account teams, you know how to ask the right questions, gather the necessary information and move projects forward with clarity and efficiency.

As Sid Lee enters a new chapter and seeks to strengthen its reputation as a company focused on creativity, innovation and experiences across North America, your role will be essential to helping us better tell the story of what we do, celebrate our talent and gain recognition for our work. You’ll help give our best ideas the impact they deserve, both inside and outside our offices.

Proud to be an equal opportunity employer, Sid Lee is committed to creating a diverse work environment. All qualified applicants are considered without regard to citizenship, ethnicity, race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age or veteran status.

We encourage women, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, and members of visible and ethnic minorities to apply for our job opportunities. Additionally, accommodation measures can be made available for persons with disabilities upon request at any stage of the pre-selection and selection process.
