Role: AI Engineer

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Mississauga, Canada

Employment: Full-Time

Interview Process 3 Levels

  • L1: Altimetrik Internal Panel Teams/Zoom
  • L2: Karat Interview
  • L3: Project Team Discussion Teams/Zoom

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy Python-based AI/LLM applications using FastAPI/Flask.
  • Develop REST APIs and scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Build AI-powered data analytics and self-service platforms.
  • Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Risk stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentor engineering teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong Python development with FastAPI or Flask.
  • Production-grade AI/LLM application development.
  • Strong SQL, data modeling, and data engineering fundamentals.
  • Expertise in concurrency, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with testing, production support, and system reliability.
  • Strong architecture and technical leadership skills.
