Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at SIEGRIST ARCHITECTURE INC. in Vancouver, BC. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with project coordination, documents, and proposals. In addition, the assistant will handle social media, basic website updates, and general marketing administration. The role also includes keeping shared office and project files well organized and the office space tidy and presentable.

Qualifications

Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Experience coordinating with external partners or subconsultants
Attention to detail and accuracy
Comfort with social media management and basic website updates
Experience in the architecture, engineering, or design industry is a plus
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
