Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities in line with the Asset Management Framework, working within established budgets, guidelines, and safety plans to support area targets and overall objectives.
Oversee work order planning and scheduling, including daily review of statuses, prioritizing urgent and emergency tasks, addressing critical issues, and managing SAP resource capacities for both surface and underground locations.
Collaborate effectively with engineering, production, and service teams, participating in planning and scheduling routines to achieve Maintenance Department goals.
Drive improvements in reliability, maintenance, and processing methods to reduce costs and minimize production losses due to equipment issues or downtime.
Lead and manage a unionized workforce in accordance with Exiro Nickel policies, procedures, and collective agreements, identifying and organizing necessary training for team members to meet operational requirements.
