What will you do?

Coordinate service requests, schedule preventive maintenance visits, emergency service calls, and field service activities.
Schedule and dispatch field service technicians based on customer requirements, technical expertise, availability, and geographic considerations with coordination with regional service supervisors.
Monitor service schedules and proactively communicate changes or delays to customers and internal stakeholders (such as business unit project managers, sales and operations).
Track service activities from initiation through completion to ensure timely execution and continuous monitoring and updating of schedules and timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee complex customer work plans and warranty scheduling activities to ensure timely and successful execution.
Implementation and acting as the Lead for roll-out of new Service platform tool

Customer Support

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, scheduling requests, warranty scheduling and service updates.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional, responsive, and proactive support.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the service lifecycle, driving high customer satisfaction and positive NPS survey outcomes.
Address customer concerns by escalating and resolving scheduling issues in a timely manner.

Business & Financial Support

Coordinate billing-related activities with Service supervisors and finance team to help ensure timely invoicing as work is completed.
Monitor open service orders and support the timely closure of completed work.
Support forecasting and reporting activities for the Service operations.
Drive and promote continuous improvement in operational efficiency, processes, and customer experience.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Collaborate with Service Managers, Supervisors, Sales, Project Management, and Field Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure compliance with Siemens quality, safety, and operational procedures.

What will you need to succeed?

Bilingual (French & English) to be able to communicate with all customers, service supervisors across all regions in Canada.
Post-secondary in Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field, combined with relevant experience in service coordination, customer support, or field service operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5+ years of experience in service coordination, customer service, operations support, project coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience working with scheduling tools.
Experience coordinating field service resources or technical teams.
Familiarity of Power Distribution systems (600V to 40,000V) would be considered an asset.

[Salary is commensurate with experience, and ranges between $ 70,000.00 CAD - $ 90,000.00 CAD, excluding bonus and benefits. In addition to base salary, this role includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus ranging up to 10% of base salary, based on Company performance metrics.]

The successful candidate for this position must be bilingual. Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position for the following reason(s):

The role requires interacting with English-speaking customers and suppliers across Canada and/or internationally;
The role requires regular interactions with Siemens colleagues based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally;
The role requires using software or technology that is available only in English;
The role requires liaising with foreign regulatory and governmental agencies based in the United States and/or Europe;
