- Define system requirements and translate them into robust RF/SDR designs.
- Perform circuit‑ and system‑level modeling and simulation from 1–50 GHz.
- Create schematics and implement RF PCB layout.
- Prototype and validate designs through hands‑on bench testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test setups and scripts.
- Collaborate across teams and document designs and test results clearly.
Qualifications Required
- Engineering degree with 5+ years of RF or radio systems design experience.
- Strong experience with high‑frequency circuit simulation, design, and test.
- Proficiency with Keysight PathWave or similar RF/microwave simulation tools.
- Skilled in schematic capture and RF PCB layout using Altium or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of RF measurement techniques, instrumentation, and lab practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex RF and mixed‑signal designs at circuit and system levels.
- Exceptional team collaborator who consistently brings a positive, solution-focused approach.
Qualifications Preferred
- Experience with tools such as Altium, SPICE, LabVIEW, Python, and other design or automation environments.
- Self‑motivated, creative, and proactive in problem‑solving.
- Detail oriented, organized, and disciplined in engineering workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to quickly learn and apply skills to new wireless technologies.
