Assignment

We are seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to help ensure alignment between international technology teams and regional business needs. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and evolving enterprise Java solutions while providing technical leadership and promoting development best practices.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary interface between geographically distributed technology teams to ensure alignment between global technology strategies and regional business requirements.
Design, develop, and deliver Java-based applications and services.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
Contribute to application architecture decisions, performance optimization initiatives, and scalability improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Coordinate development activities across multiple regions and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, and production support activities.
Ensure the delivery of secure, high-quality, and maintainable software solutions.
Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and team development.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in Java development.
Significant experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
Strong SQL knowledge.
Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership and driving development or architecture decisions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively within an international and distributed team environment.

Nice To Have

Experience with Microsoft Azure.

Solide expérience en développement Java.
