Coordinate promotional setup and execution, including pricing files, in collaboration with marketing and developer team members.
Participate in quality assurance (QA) testing before and after launches to ensure a seamless customer experience and accurate pricing.
Assist with seasonal marketing campaigns, product launches, and other site updates by coordinating timelines and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Conduct competitive and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the home furnishings and e-commerce space.
Work closely with the UX Design team to support ongoing website optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve conversion, usability, and the overall customer journey.

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

A resourceful, proactive mindset with a willingness to solve problems independently.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Strong analytical skills and an interest in interpreting data to help drive decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
A good eye for design and customer experience, with an appreciation for clean, intuitive digital experiences.
Comfort working with modern digital tools and platforms, including Shopify, WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace, and other marketing or analytics platforms.
An interest in e-commerce or digital marketing, and creating exceptional online shopping experiences.
