Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift)

Shifts: Sunday:7AM - 3:30PM Monday - Thursday: 11PM - 7:30AM 

Position:  ​Warehouse Supervisor (Night)​ Reports to:  ​Operation Excellence Manager​ 

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Warehouse team! Our Warehouse Supervisor will directly oversee a team of 10 hourly employees in a very busy and rapidly growing temperature-controlled warehouse environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all our finished goods processes, including order picking and shipping. This involves taking ownership of these processes and leading improvement projects. It also includes meeting warehouse targets through management and accountability of hourly employees and will ensure compliance with safety, quality, policies, and procedures.

Knowledge & skills 

• You have strong supervisory skills including highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills 

• You are skilled at working with various computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) including ERP and WMS  

• You ​have strong communication skills, both written and verbal​ 

Experience 

• You have 5-10 years of relevant supervisory experience 

• You have 1-5 years of experience working in a frozen food storage facility 

• You have experience with ERP and WMS systems 

Nice-to-Have  

• ​​Warehousing experience in a food manufacturing facility 

• ​Project management skills/experience 

• ​Lean or Six Sigma

things you will do...  

​​

• ​Oversee all night-shift warehouse operations across freezer and dry storage areas, including picking, staging, and shipping. 

• ​Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality standards, sanitation requirements, and company SOPs. 

• ​Maintain product integrity through proper storage, handling, identification, segregation, and FEFO inventory rotation. 

• ​Monitor freezer temperature records, storage conditions, and warehouse capacity, escalating deviations as required. 

• ​Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts, location audits, inventory reconciliation, and system transaction accuracy. 

• ​Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service targets. 

• ​Promote a safe working environment by enforcing forklift, pedestrian, material-handling, and warehouse safety procedures. 

• ​Monitor operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. 

• ​Coordinate with QA, Production, Maintenance, and Logistics to resolve operational issues and meet customer requirements. 

• ​Ensure accurate shift reporting, incident documentation, and effective handover to the incoming team.​ 

OTHER ...  

• ​​Valid Forklift Certification 

• ​Available to work Sunday:7AM - 3:30PM, Monday - Thursday: 11PM - 7:30AM
