WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US:
The AI Enablement team is a newly established, cross-functional team within SimCorp that builds organizational capability and accelerates AI adoption across all business functions. We partner with product teams and functional leaders to deliver AI literacy programmes, co-build sophisticated AI solutions, manage reusable component libraries, and drive value measurement across the enterprise.
As an AI Solutions Consultant, you will be a key member of SimCorp's newly established AI Enablement team. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering directly with functions to co-build AI-powered solutions using the latest enterprise AI platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Partner directly with business functions to either advise on or co-build AI-powered solutions using no/low-code and enterprise AI platforms, specifically Microsoft Copilot (Studio) and Claude.
- Advise functions on the selection, configuration, and integration of AI tools into their existing workflows and systems.
- Support in the end-to-end delivery of functional and cross-functional low-code AI solutions – from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, deployment, and iteration.
- Advise functions on connectors to enterprise systems and MCP servers.
- Develop and document reusable components – including prompts, agents, workflow templates, and integration patterns – for inclusion in the shared component repository.
- Collaborate with the enterprise AI Foundation team to ensure solutions are built on approved infrastructure, meet security requirements, and are compliant with relevant regulations (e.g. EU AI Act, GDPR).
- Support user adoption by working closely with the AI Learning Consultant to develop role-specific training and additional adoption materials for deployed solutions.
- Conduct solution assessments and proof-of-concept evaluations to validate feasibility and value before full-scale build.
- Contribute to best practice dissemination by helping documenting lessons learned, solution patterns, and reusable assets.
WHAT WE VALUE:
Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest.
- 3+ years of experience in technical consulting or applied AI roles.
- Proven ability to advise/support in building AI-powered solutions using no/low-code platforms (specifically, Copilot (Studio) and Claude).
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional technical solutions.
- Understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, MCP servers, system connectors, and API integrations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles, data privacy considerations, and enterprise security requirements.
- Structured problem-solving approach; able to balance technical depth with pragmatic delivery under time constraints.
- Knowledge and experience with Python
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in financial services or investment management
