Mission of the Position

The Client Service Associate supports the Client Advisor team with day-to-day client needs and requests.

Top Accountabilities

Works with the advisor and analyst to prioritize and execute all client related tasks and requests.
Populates and processes documentation for client onboarding, investments, and other account maintenance.
Tracks, enters, and reconciles investment activity across our proprietary database, various custodians, and our reporting provider through monitoring daily activity reports.
Interacts with third party service providers (i.e. outside custodians, reporting providers, and other advisors).
Maintains client confidentiality and assists in identifying potentially fraudulent activity.

Other Duties & Responsibilities

Acts as a liaison with tax professionals during tax season.
Initiates and executes all money movements for investments and client liquidity needs.
Interfaces with money managers regarding investment activity and administration for KYC and AML requests.

Key Criteria/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
0 - 3 years of working experience.
Experience with programs including DocuSign; Adobe (PDF) Writer; Salesforce; Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Planner, and Word.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
