Original job description

Sinclair Supply Ltd., a leader in the wholesale distribution of HVACR products, has been proudly serving our employees, industry, and customers since 1946. Come join our team of like-minded individuals and experience an outstanding company culture filled with opportunities to grow.

Why You’ll Love Us

Outstanding company culture. We run on the values of good old-fashioned respect, kindness, humility, and helping out your neighbour. We leave our egos at the door and celebrate one another.

Work-life balance. Work that stays in the workplace, so you can relax at home.

Future planning. Company matching RRSPs so you don’t have to work forever.

Rest and relaxation. Generous vacation allowance and additional paid sick days, so you can use your vacation time for, you know, vacation.

Investment in your growth and development. No matter how much you already know about HVAC, there’s always more to learn. We’ll support you as you continue to grow.

Health and wellness. All the standard benefits you’re used to, plus access to free counselling for employees and their families. With experts in areas like family support, life balance, career, and nutrition, we’ve got you covered.

We’re looking for an HVAC Commercial Estimation Manager based in Edmonton to lead our commercial estimating teams across Western Canada. If you enjoy leading a team, managing projects and making sure customers have a great experience from the first conversation to the final follow-up, we’d love to hear from you!

Set service expectations for the Commercial Team and ensure customers receive timely, professional support throughout their projects.
Respond promptly to customer concerns and help resolve disputes.
Process customer returns in accordance with Sinclair’s return procedures and terms of sale.

Reporting

Prepare monthly commercial sales forecasts and pipeline updates for Regional Managers.
Provide regular updates on major bids and projects, including progress, outcomes, and any issues requiring attention.
