Role Overview
Looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong Python development and production-grade AI/LLM application experience. The role involves designing scalable AI solutions, data analytics platforms, APIs, and providing technical leadership across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Python-based AI/LLM applications
- Develop scalable REST APIs using FastAPI/Flask
- Build AI-powered data analytics and self-service platforms
- Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with Risk stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions
- Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance
- Mentor engineering teams and contribute to technical best practices
- Support production systems, testing, reliability, and performance optimization
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python development
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask
- Production-grade AI/LLM application development
- Strong SQL, data modeling, and data engineering fundamentals
- Expertise in concurrency and asynchronous programming
- Performance optimization and scalable system design
- Testing and production support
- Strong architecture and technical leadership skills
