Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Capital Markets and Front Office experience to support portfolio management and trading-related initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the portfolio management and trade lifecycle, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data, or related field
- Experience with Front Office and Portfolio Management Systems
- Proven Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets
- Strong understanding of Portfolio Management and Trade Lifecycle
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
- Ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach
- Strong problem-solving and outcome-focused mindset
Nice to Have
- Strong data analysis skills – querying, validating, and interpreting datasets
- Experience with portfolio management platforms such as:
- Bloomberg
- Charles River
- BlackRock Aladdin
- Agile certification such as CSM / PSM

Responsibilities

Requirements
