Hiring: Senior BI / Data Warehouse Developer
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: Onsite
Experience: 5+ Years
We are looking for an experienced BI / Data Warehouse Developer with strong expertise in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Informatica, Crystal Reports, Power BI, and Business Objects Enterprise (BOE).
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and BI environments
- Strong experience in analysis, design, development, unit testing, and defect fixing
- 5+ years developing Crystal Reports, Power BI, and BOE reports
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
- 5+ years of experience with Informatica
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse architecture and design
- Experience with Dimensional Modeling
- Strong understanding of ETL, reporting, and BI concepts
- Experience with RDBMS design concepts
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience analyzing and designing changes to existing web-based applications
- Experience with technology solutions and software development methodologies
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain BI and Data Warehouse solutions
- Design and develop reports using Crystal Reports, Power BI, and BOE
- Develop and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL queries, procedures, and database solutions
- Design and implement ETL processes using Informatica
- Support Data Warehouse architecture, dimensional modeling, and deployment
- Perform unit testing, defect resolution, troubleshooting, and production support
- Analyze changes to existing web-based applications and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout the SDLC
- Ensure solutions follow established development and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL and Informatica ETL solutions, troubleshoot defects, support production deployments, and collaborate with business and technical teams.
Requirements
Requires 5+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and BI, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Informatica, and developing reports with Crystal Reports, Power BI, and Business Objects Enterprise. Candidates should also have knowledge of Data Warehouse architecture, dimensional modeling, ETL, RDBMS design, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and analysis of existing web-based applications.
