Hiring: Senior Product Manager – Digital / IT Transformation
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: 5 Days Onsite
Experience: 5+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead large-scale digital and IT transformation initiatives and deliver user-centric products in complex enterprise environments.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in IT / Digital Services
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, APIs & Integration Patterns
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure & Dataverse
- Experience with OPS IT project and architectural governance
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital / IT transformation projects
- Strong Agile, Scrum & Lean Product Development experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Ability to translate business needs into requirements and user stories
- Ability to define and communicate product vision and strategy
- Experience conducting product discovery and user research
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities
- Lead discovery and translate business needs into actionable product requirements
- Drive Agile delivery with Scrum and Lean practices
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, business, and UX teams
- Ensure solutions align with OPS governance and enterprise architecture standards
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product direction
- Lead delivery of scalable, user-centric digital products and transformation initiatives
