Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Airline Technology
Location: Calgary, Alberta
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in enterprise technology projects and the airline industry. The ideal candidate will have experience leading software implementations, system integrations, and complex technology programs across the full project lifecycle.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong track record as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex enterprise technology projects
- Airline industry experience – airline, airline technology provider, or consulting environment
- Full lifecycle experience managing software implementations and system integrations
- Understanding of airline systems/business processes such as:
- Reservations
- Ticketing
- Distribution
- Retailing
- Revenue Accounting
- Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and external vendors
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Calgary
Nice to Have
- PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
- Airline revenue accounting, financial settlement, or commercial platform experience
- Knowledge of NDC (New Distribution Capability) and ONE Order
- Cloud platforms, data migration, API integrations
- Organizational change management and customer adoption experience

Requirements
Candidates must have a strong record delivering complex enterprise technology projects and experience in the airline industry, including familiarity with airline systems and business processes. They should bring full-lifecycle implementation and integration experience, strong project controls and stakeholder skills, and knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery; PMP or PRINCE2 certification and experience with airline commercial platforms are preferred.
