Profile: Our client sells pipes, fittings and valves to a variety of industries and is looking for a senior technical inside sales rep. Your role will be a combination of customer service, order entry, sourcing of products and sales.
Territory:
Workplace: Hybrid-3 days Montreal office+ 2 days at home
Products/Services: Pipes, fittings and valves
Salary: Base $80,000-$110,000
Commissions/Bonus: 20%-25% bonus annually based on company results

Functions:
- Process customer orders, quotations, returns and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Drive new and repeat business by providing timely, accurate product information and technical support.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through cross-selling and upselling, while enhancing customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Prepare pricing, credit arrangements and sales terms in accordance with company policies and customer account requirements.
- Monitor scheduled shipments to ensure on-time delivery and coordinate follow-ups or expedited shipments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction, address concerns and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and respond to requests for product information, catalogues and samples.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain accurate shipment updates and expected delivery dates.

Education: College degree or equivalent experience
