Warehouse Operations Manager

SixSide Logistics Inc. is a Canadian logistics and distribution company with approximately five years of experience in warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and third-party logistics (3PL) services.

As we continue growing our operations in Western Canada, we're looking for an experienced, reliable, and hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to join our Calgary location.

This is a hands-on opportunity to independently manage our Calgary warehouse operations. The facility will initially operate with a one-person warehouse team, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable both coordinating operations and actively performing day-to-day warehouse duties.

• Independently manage receiving, inventory handling, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with transportation providers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support 3PL client requirements and ensure timely, accurate order processing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflows and operational efficiency.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding warehouse activities and operational priorities.
• Support additional staffing and operational growth as the business expands.

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Strong hands-on warehouse experience, ideally in a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor role.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, or inventory-management software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Experience in 3PL operations and forklift certification are considered assets.

• Two weeks of mandatory initial training in the Toronto/Brampton area, with company-arranged travel and accommodation.
