Deterring and responding to incidents on the property.
All Skanna Investigators and Security Guards are licensed by the Government of Ontario, bonded and insured. Their initial and ongoing training ensures that they have the skills to get the job done with professional conduct.

Security Guard - Full Time/Part-time
- You will be responsible for ensuring the security of properties and answering alarms during patrols.
- Minimum six months experience required.

- Full Time / Part Time
- Afternoons (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) & Nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Warehouse / Distribution center environment.
Deterring and responding to incidents on the property.
- Responding to various types of emergencies (fire alarms/elevator entrapment/intrusion alarms) Communicating regularly with patrons/clients.
- Completing reports and memo book entries regularly.
- Diverse work assignments.
- A positive and dynamic environment.

- Valid Security Guard license and first aid card (CPR level C).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous security experience minimum 6 months.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Excellent communication skills (written/oral).

- Ability to retain process and procedures and accurately respond to emergencies.
- Computer skills and ability to write a report.
- Sense of observation and responsibility.
- Honesty, autonomy, and very good judgment.
- Ability to intervene quickly and manage stress.
- Team spirit and excellent customer service

Responsibilities
Ensure the security of properties by patrolling and responding to various emergencies such as fire and intrusion alarms. Maintain regular communication with clients and complete detailed reports and memo book entries.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a valid Security Guard license, a first aid card (CPR level C), and a clean driver's license. A minimum of six months of previous security experience and a high school diploma are required.
