Effective communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, commissary staff, and airport teams, including clear verbal and written updates.
Customer service mindset when interacting with airline representatives, kitchen partners, and colleagues, with a focus on reliability and professionalism.
Ability to work on-site at the Halifax International Airport, including flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required by flight schedules.
Capability to lift, move, and secure catering carts and supplies, and to work safely in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices in transport settings; experience in catering, logistics, or aviation environments is an asset.
