Original job description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Paid Media Coordinator to support the growth of AMER paid media and direct response activities.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization

Execute campaign setup and measurement for paid media (paid social, direct buys, content syndication, programmatic) according to briefs and audience specifications.
Handle end-to-end operational tasks for direct buys, including proposal exchanges, creative asset collection and delivery, and order setup.
Conduct detailed QA on campaign assets, targeting, tracking, and launch setup to ensure accuracy before activation.
Develop and manage testing agendas and media plans to improve campaign performance.
Analyze campaign effectiveness, shifting investment toward high-ROI campaigns and away from underperforming ones.
Troubleshoot minor campaign setup issues and escalate complex blockers promptly.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Facilitate audience management to ensure targeted reach.
Coordinate with creative, analytics, and content teams to meet campaign requirements and deadlines.

Strategy & Planning

Support strategic media planning and contribute to best-in-class paid social, direct buy, content syndication, and programmatic programs.

Reporting & Data Support

Create clear, easy-to-read performance reports across all channels.
Maintain accurate and organized campaign documentation.
Support the creation of dashboards and reporting formats in partnership with analytics teams.
Implement data-driven optimizations as directed by the AMER Performance Marketing lead (budget and bid adjustments, targeting changes, pausing ads).

Learning & Growth

Stay current with paid social, content syndication, programmatic, and direct buy platform updates.
Contribute to process improvements and share best practices.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising within Tech/B2B environments.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager (Boosted Posts, Conversation Ads, lookalike audiences) and Meta Ads (required).
Experience with content syndication, Demandbase, or other programmatic DSPs.
Ability to set up, launch, and troubleshoot campaigns end-to-end with minimal guidance.
Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and internal stakeholders, including timelines, creative deadlines, PO/procurement workflows, and documentation.
Hands-on experience managing UTM structures and QA-ing lead data in Salesforce.
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, SUMIFs, VLOOKUPs).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Proven project management skills, balancing short-term execution with long-term planning.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Nice to Have

Experience in Financial Services and B2B industries.
