Job Title: Senior Engineer – Platform Engineering

We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join a North America-based team focused on delivering secure, scalable automation and cloud platforms. This role is about enabling teams to build and deliver secure, performant products with minimal manual overhead.

You’ll work hands-on in AWS, GCP, and Azure with modern DevOps tooling and practices.

So, what will I do?

As a Senior Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Defining complex automation tasks and cloud architecture for scalable platforms.
Championing DevOps culture, tooling, and delivery practices.
Assisting with estimation and planning in agile environments.
Providing technical guidance and mentoring to peers and client teams.
Identifying and raising technical risks or concerns.
Contributing to a learning culture through speaking engagements, blogs, and community involvement.

This role is based in Montreal, so strong communication skills in both French and English are required.

What You’ll Bring:

Hands-on experience in software engineering and DevOps in production environments on at least one public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Understanding of cloud security fundamentals (IAM, firewalls, etc.).
Agile mindset and ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.
Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies to solve real-world problems.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Ingénieur(e) principal(e) pour se joindre à une équipe nord-américaine spécialisée dans l’ingénierie de plateformes. Ce rôle est axé sur la création de capacités d'automatisation sécurisées qui permettent aux équipes de développement de livrer efficacement leurs produits. L’objectif est de construire des plateformes intelligentes, sûres et rapides tout en minimisant le travail répétitif.

Vous serez amené(e) à travailler concrètement dans le cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) avec les dernières technologies DevOps.

Alors, quel sera mon rôle?

En tant qu’Ingénieur(e) Consultant(e) en ingénierie des plateformes, vous aurez pour mandat de :

Définir les tâches d'automatisation complexes et les composantes d’architecture cloud pour diverses solutions.
Favoriser une culture DevOps et promouvoir les outils, méthodes de livraison et bonnes pratiques.
Participer à l’estimation des efforts et à la planification dans des projets agiles.
Fournir des conseils techniques et agir comme mentor auprès des collègues et du personnel client.
Identifier et faire remonter les risques techniques.
Contribuer à une culture d’apprentissage continu en partageant votre expertise (ex. : conférences, blogues, communautés techniques).

Ce rôle est basé à Montréal. L’excellence en communication en français et en anglais (parlé et écrit) est requise.

Et, qu'est-ce que j'apporterai à l’organisation?

Expérience en ingénierie logicielle et DevOps dans des environnements de production avec au moins un cloud public (AWS, GCP ou Azure).
Connaissance approfondie des pipelines CI/CD et de l’infrastructure en tant que code (IaC) avec des outils comme Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.
Bonne compréhension de la sécurité dans le cloud (ex. : gestion des accès, pare-feu).
Expérience dans un environnement agile et capacité à collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
Enthousiasme pour l’apprentissage continu et la résolution de problèmes concrets.
