As a Delivery Leader focused on AI-enabled client delivery, you will be a consulting leader who assesses how clients deliver projects and products, designs fit-for-purpose PMO and AI-PDLC operating models, and leads the creation and adoption of practical AI agents and accelerators. You will combine program leadership, product delivery, governance, change enablement, and hands-on solution shaping to move clients from current-state assessment through pilot execution, measurable value realization, and responsilbe scale.

Job Title:

PMO AI Leader - Client Delivery

What You’ll Do

Lead the successful delivery of projects, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, quality, change control, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
Independently establish program governance, executive reporting, integrated plans, decision frameworks, delivery health reviews, quality gates, and escalation practices that enable timely decisions and predictable execution.
Own engagement and account financials, including margin, staffing, forecasting, managed revenue, utilization, and profitability.
Build strategic client relationships, strengthen Slalom's trusted advisor position, and identify opportunities to expand AI-enabled Delivery, Product, Data, Change, and Technology capabilities.
Lead AI-enabled PMO, Delivery Office, Agile, and product delivery maturity assessments across strategy, governance, processes, tools, team structure, skills, data readiness, automation, adoption, and value measurement.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, working sessions, artifact reviews, workflow analysis, and capability assessments to identify delivery gaps, bottlenecks, compliance considerations, and opportunities for AI-enabled improvement.
Translate assessment findings into prioritized opportunity heatmaps, baseline metrics, business cases, target operating models, implementation roadmaps, and recommendations for pilot and enterprise-scale adoption.
Define fit-for-purpose delivery frameworks that combine Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, product-based, and AI-enabled practices while meeting client governance, regulatory, compliance, and risk requirements.
Design PMO and AI-PDLC operating models, including governance forums, roles and responsibilities, decision rights, delivery standards, stage gates, escalation paths, metrics, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
Design, configure, and help build AI agents and agentic workflows by defining business outcomes, context, instructions, tools, data sources, rules, thresholds, human approval points, exception handling, and evaluation criteria.
Provide hands-on coaching to Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, technical leaders, and cross-functional teams as they adopt new delivery practices, AI-enabled workflows, and evolving human-and-agent responsibilities.
Champion Delivery Excellence by creating repeatable frameworks, governance standards, quality practices, metrics, accelerators, and reusable assets across engagements.
Coach consultants providing feedback while contributing to capability development, and knowledge sharing.
Maintain 85%+ personal utilization while supporting team utilization, capability health, and broader market priorities.

What You’ll Bring

8+ years of consulting experience leading business and technology transformation initiatives within a client-facing professional services or consulting environment.
Proven experience leading PMO, Delivery Office, Agile, product delivery, SDLC, or AI-PDLC maturity and readiness assessments and translating findings into operating models, roadmaps, pilots, and measurable improvement plans.
Demonstrated ability to assess end-to-end delivery processes, team capabilities, governance, tooling, data readiness, automation, change impacts, and organizational readiness through interviews, workshops, artifact reviews, and workflow analysis.
Hands-on experience identifying, designing, configuring, prototyping, or delivering enterprise AI agents, copilots, intelligent workflows, or AI-enabled delivery accelerators.
Working knowledge of large language models, context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration, APIs and integrations, knowledge repositories, evaluation, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Experience moving AI solutions from use-case discovery and prioritization through prototype, pilot, validation, deployment readiness, adoption, value measurement, and responsible scale.
Strong understanding of responsible AI, privacy, security, model and agent risk, data governance, access controls, auditability, compliance, testing, and production-readiness practices.
Ability to define practical success measures and business cases for AI-enabled delivery, including improvements to cycle time, quality, forecasting, risk identification, administrative effort, adoption, and value realization.
Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, hybrid, and product-based delivery models, with the judgment to tailor methods to client needs, maturity, risk, and regulatory context.
Demonstrated success managing engagement budgets, staffing, contractual commitments, forecasting, margin, utilization, profitability, and delivery quality.
Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, consulting, and leadership skills, with the ability to connect business, product, delivery, data, change, and technology stakeholders through complexity and ambiguity.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $135,000 to $160,000. In addition, there is potential for a 15% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will depend upon individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
