Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales and service delivery process, troubleshooting reservoir engineering and simulation challenges and recommending practical solutions.
Deliver reservoir engineering studies and technical projects, communicating findings and recommendations through reports, presentations, and customer discussions.
Prepare, review, and quality-check reservoir data, simulation inputs, results, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including reservoir engineers, geoscientists, and other technical experts, to deliver integrated subsurface solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve technical workflows, service delivery, and the application of new or value-added technologies and solutions.
Maintain knowledge of emerging reservoir engineering technologies, industry practices, and competitive technical offerings.
Support technical knowledge sharing through internal technical communities and, where applicable, industry societies, publications, universities, and research organizations.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Relevant professional experience in reservoir engineering, with demonstrated experience in reservoir simulation and analysis.
Experience with Petrel RE, INTERSECT, or other reservoir simulation software is preferred.
Strong understanding of reservoir engineering fundamentals, simulation workflows, and subsurface data analysis.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary and client-facing teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple technical priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada without company sponsorship.
