  • Plan and oversee field programs with a focus on health and safety and technical quality; occasional fieldwork may be required.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering high-quality, fit-for-purpose environmental solutions.
  • Support Sector Leads in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and project portfolio in western and northern Canada.
  • Contribute technical expertise to support regulatory applications, including provincial and federal environmental assessments and permitting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in ecology, biology, hydrogeology, environmental science, or a related field. Master’s degree is considered an asset.
  • 5 to 10+ years of relevant consulting experience, with a focus on resource development in western and northern Canada.
  • Strong working knowledge of provincial and federal environmental regulations.
  • Proven project management experience, including scope, budget, schedule, and team coordination.
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, and client relationship skills.
  • Environmental field skills (e.g., water quality, hydrogeology, fisheries).
  • Project Management Training and/or designation (PMI® – PMP) an asset.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License in British Columbia (or equivalent) with a clean driving record, and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Here’s what else you’ll enjoy as part of our team:

  • Competitive total compensation package including comprehensive benefits, vacation, and a suite of wellness initiatives
  • The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.
