Role Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing materials and finished goods to support production and customer orders. Working closely with the production, procurement, and logistics teams, you’ll help ensure materials are available when needed, orders are fulfilled accurately, and shipments leave on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure materials are available on time for manufacturing and order fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports, including inventory levels, reconciliations, and ERP system records.
- Load outgoing goods for delivery drivers and prepare required shipping documentation.
- Receive incoming inventory from vendors and record receipts in the ERP system.
- Store received inventory and finished products in designated warehouse locations.
- Stock completed products from production into assigned warehouse bins.
- Prepare shipments according to scheduled delivery dates.
- Coordinate daily with the production team to supply required raw materials (boxes, foam, and other components) for work orders.
- Pick and prepare customer orders from warehouse stock in accordance with sales order requirements, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
The Skills You Bring
You’ll do well in this role if you bring:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or inventory environment.
- Comfort working with computers and systems, experience with ERP or inventory software is an asset.
- Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including standing, lifting, and moving materials as required.
- The ability to follow processes and safety procedures consistently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- A proactive, reliable approach to your work and the ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
