What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinating consultants, vendors, and procurement to achieve scope, schedule, and quality objectives, while partnering with senior leadership to support client meetings and address project issues.
Manage project budgets and fees by tracking labour against scope, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation, while monitoring financial performance and escalating risks as required.
Lead and manage project teams by confirming appropriate staffing, setting expectations, and driving performance, while providing technical and project direction based on client and stakeholder input.
Ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of project deliverables produced by the team.
Lead construction-phase activities, including site reviews and issue resolution, ensuring alignment with contract documents, design intent, and project objectives.
Lead interdisciplinary coordination by planning and facilitating meetings that align internal teams, resolving cross-discipline scope gaps, and support an integrated design.
Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements, and support quality review processes prior to submission.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Present recommendations and communicate technical information clearly to support informed decision-making.
