Experience in Expediting and Expeditor functions, such as coordinating permits, approvals, materials, and subcontractor activities to keep projects on schedule.
Strong background in Inspection oversight, ensuring work meets building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations, and managing corrective actions as needed.
Proficiency in Logistics Management, including site coordination, supply chain management, and sequencing of trades to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
Extensive experience in residential construction, custom homes, and renovations, preferably within the Greater Vancouver market.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, and make data-informed decisions under time and budget constraints.
Comfort with construction management software, project tracking tools, and digital documentation systems.
Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and sustainability or energy-efficiency practices is an asset.
Commitment to inclusive, respectful collaboration and adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
