About Snaplii
Snaplii is a growing fintech company with offices in Toronto and Silicon Valley. We are building the next generation of payment solutions, combining consumer fintech with AI-powered payments.
We are a profitable, Series B company that has raised over $20 million, and we're expanding into the emerging world of AI-driven commerce and agentic payments.
The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who makes things happen - not someone who waits to be told what to do.
As Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO, your primary responsibility is simple: make the CEO's day run smoother, protect his time, and ensure important things get done.
You'll work directly with the founder, manage fast-changing priorities, coordinate important meetings, and follow through on critical tasks across the business.
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll be expected to handle the small details exceptionally well while gradually building the judgment to take on larger responsibilities.
In return, you'll gain firsthand exposure to how a fast-growing fintech company operates, how executive decisions are made, and how business opportunities develop.
What You'll Do
- Own the CEO's Schedule & Priorities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling changes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
- Ensure the CEO is prepared, informed, and on time for important commitments.
- Drive Execution & Follow-Through
- Track action items, commitments, and deadlines from meetings.
- Follow up with internal teams and external partners to keep priorities moving.
- Identify potential problems before they become urgent.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks from beginning to completion.
- Support Executive Communication
- Coordinate with executives, business partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Draft professional emails, prepare meeting materials, and organize information.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Represent the CEO's office with excellent communication and judgment.
- Solve Problems Independently
- Handle unexpected requests, last-minute changes, and competing priorities.
- Research information, evaluate options, and recommend practical solutions.
- Know when to make a decision independently and when to escalate.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and save the CEO time.
First 30 days: You understand the CEO's working style, can manage routine scheduling and logistics, and consistently complete assigned tasks accurately.
By 60 days: You proactively manage priorities, anticipate conflicts, and independently coordinate meetings and follow-ups.
By 90 days: You become a trusted, reliable partner who takes ownership of recurring responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Our goal is for the CEO to spend less time managing administrative details and more time focused on growing the business.
Who We're Looking For
- Exceptional execution: You follow through, meet deadlines, and finish what you start.
- Attention to detail: You notice what others miss and take pride in getting things right.
- Proactive problem-solving: You bring solutions, not just problems.
- Strong communication: Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
- Adaptability: You stay organized and composed when priorities change.
- Sound judgment: You understand confidentiality, professional boundaries, and how to handle sensitive situations.
- Ownership mentality: You treat responsibilities as your own and don't need constant reminders.
- 0–3 years of experience in executive assistance, administrative coordination, operations, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, calendars, spreadsheets, and modern productivity tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve personal productivity and efficiency.
- Interest in technology, fintech, startups, or AI is a plus.
- Able to work on-site in Etobicoke, Toronto.
Why Join Snaplii?

You'll collaborate closely with the CEO and gain exposure to executive-level decision-making, business partnerships, and company operations.

We offer a competitive base salary of CA$45,000–$55,000, plus performance-based bonuses, with the potential for total annual compensation to reach CA$90,000 for exceptional performers.
Bonus compensation is variable and subject to performance criteria. It is not guaranteed.
We believe exceptional contributions deserve exceptional recognition, regardless of seniority.
Accelerated Professional Development

As you prove your capabilities, you'll have opportunities to take on broader responsibilities and cross-functional projects.
Be Part of the Future of Payments

A Final Note
This role is not about watching a CEO work. It's about helping a CEO work better.
Some days you'll be coordinating important executive meetings. Other days you'll be solving scheduling conflicts, handling logistics, or tracking down critical information.
If you're exceptionally organized, resourceful, dependable, and take pride in making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
