  • Lead quality risk management activities for cannabis processing and edible-product operations, including hazard analysis and the identification, implementation, and verification of critical control measures.
  • Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and innovation to support product development and process optimization
  • Support vendor quality activities in partnership with the B2B Quality Manager, including qualification, monitoring, and issue resolution
  • Champion the use of eQMS and other quality tools to strengthen documentation, traceability, and compliance
  • Support training programs to ensure employees understand and meet quality and regulatory expectations
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and development of Quality team members

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within a regulated industry
  • Post-secondary education in science, food science, quality, manufacturing, or a related field.
