Clinical Coordinator – Calgary (Creekside)

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: 5 days/week, Monday–Saturday (Saturdays required), with Sunday and one weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: 22.00 – 25.00 per hour, plus up to $4/hour in monthly performance bonuses

Join a team that’s making a difference. Snore MD is a world-class sleep clinic and one of the fastest growing healthcare organizations in Western Canada. We combine decades of medical and commercial experience to deliver an unmatched patient experience, and we’re growing our team in Calgary.

We’re looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join our established team in Calgary.

You’ll be based at our Creekside clinic and will also spend a day or two each week supporting our Chinook and University-area clinics, so no two weeks are quite the same.

This is an on-site role, so we’re looking for someone who lives in Calgary and can drive easily between our clinics. If you’re passionate about helping people, love staying organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: 22.00 – 25.00 per hour, plus up to $4/hour in monthly performance bonuses
  • Full Benefits: Health, dental, vision, RRSP matching, and wellness perks
  • Training & Support: Three weeks of hands-on paid training, plus ongoing coaching to help you thrive
  • Positive Team Culture: A collaborative environment where wins are celebrated and support is constant
  • Long-Term Growth: A stable healthcare career with room to grow

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and organized force behind the clinic, making sure every patient has a smooth, positive experience.

  • Manage Clinic Flow: Coordinate appointments and triage referrals with care and professionalism
  • Be the Connection: Communicate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare partners
  • Keep the Clinic Running: Support daily operations, from inventory to sleep test equipment management
  • Deliver Better Sleep: Set up and administer Home Sleep Apnea Tests (HSATs), guiding patients through the process with clarity and compassion
  • Handle Admin: Assist with insurance paperwork and daily documentation
  • Support Our Calgary Clinics: Provide coverage at our Chinook and University-area clinics one or two days a week, keeping care consistent across locations

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration, coordination, or a clinical support role
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a consistent, reliable attendance record
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Comfort with MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Availability to work every Saturday, with Sunday and one weekday (between Tuesday–Thursday) off
  • Residence in Calgary, with the ability to commute easily to our Creekside clinic
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to travel between our Creekside, Chinook and University-area clinics
  • Legal eligibility to work full-time in Canada

If you’re looking for a purpose-driven role, a supportive team, and a career you can grow close to home, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now!
