As a Sleep Clinician, you’ll be based at our clinic in Abbotsford. Whether you’re a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT / RPSGT), this is your chance to step into a predictable daytime role with meaningful patient impact.
No additional certification required for nursing professionals - Registered or Licensed Nurses can confidently perform this role with all relevant training provided by Snore MD.

Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturdays required)
- Pay: $35.00–$39.00/hr + up to $5.50/hr in monthly performance bonuses

You’ll guide patients through their sleep therapy journey from start to success:
- Empower Better Sleep: Set up and explain home sleep tests to patients in a clear, approachable way.
- Review Results Together: Walk patients through their sleep study results and next steps
- Start the Journey: Initiate and guide patients through CPAP or BiPAP therapy
- Support Every Step: Monitor progress, offer encouragement, and make therapy adjustments
- Educate & Motivate: Help patients build confidence and consistency with their equipment
- Collaborate with Care Teams: Work closely with physicians and internal teams for a seamless care experience
- Licensed RN, LPN, RRT, RPSGT, or CPSGT - must be licensed in BC
- At least 3 years of experience in Canada as an RN, LPN, or a Graduate RRT/RPSGT/CPSGT (including practicum and exams)
- Based in or within commutable distance of Abbotsford, BC
- Available to work Saturdays (one weekday off + Sunday)
- Excellent communicator and patient educator

Responsibilities
Set up and explain home sleep tests, review results and next steps, and initiate and guide patients through CPAP or BiPAP therapy. Monitor patient progress, provide education and encouragement, adjust therapy as needed, and coordinate care with physicians and internal teams.
Requirements
Applicants must be licensed in British Columbia as an RN, LPN, RRT, RPSGT, or CPSGT and have at least three years of relevant experience in Canada; graduate RRT/RPSGT/CPSGT experience may include practicum and exams. Candidates must live within commuting distance of Abbotsford, be available to work Saturdays, and have strong communication and patient-education skills.
