Are you passionate about leading large-scale technology programs, driving execution across complex engineering initiatives, and building high-performing teams?

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to drive the successful delivery of strategic, multi-year technology programs. In this role, you will lead an established team of Technical Program Managers, oversee complex modernization and integration initiatives, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate business and technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Delivery of Complex Technical Programs

• Lead the execution of large-scale, multi-workstream technology initiatives across cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and data ecosystems.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, technical dependencies, and operational bottlenecks to maintain momentum across engineering teams.
• Establish strong execution frameworks, accountability mechanisms, and release governance to ensure successful program outcomes.

Influence Across Cross-Functional Organizations

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders to align priorities and achieve shared objectives.
• Influence senior leaders and technical teams without direct authority, facilitating decisions and balancing competing priorities.
• Translate complex technical concepts, risks, and architectural trade-offs into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.

Lead and Strengthen the TPM Organization

• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of Technical Program Managers while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Implement scalable delivery processes, improve planning accuracy, and establish effective escalation mechanisms for critical issues.
• Partner with engineering leadership to align technology investments with long-term business strategy and architectural goals.
• Enhance governance practices through data-driven delivery metrics, release management controls, and modern Agile delivery frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex software, platform, cloud, or technology programs.
• Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing Technical Program Managers or engineering professionals.
• Strong track record of driving execution across multiple teams and stakeholders in large, matrixed organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale distributed systems and data-intensive platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices.
• Experience supporting highly scalable applications, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Demonstrated success leading technology modernization, integration, migration, or transformation programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior technology and business leaders.
• Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced degree such as a Master's or MBA is a plus.
