Are you passionate about securing enterprise identities, automating access governance, and designing scalable identity management solutions that strengthen security, compliance, and operational efficiency? We are seeking a Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise identity security solutions that support secure access management, regulatory compliance, and identity lifecycle governance across cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions supporting workforce, contractor, and third-party identities.
• Build and enhance identity lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, role changes, access provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows.
• Develop and maintain governance models for role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), access certifications, and policy enforcement.
• Configure, develop, test, and deploy integrations between identity platforms and enterprise applications using REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, JDBC, Active Directory, and other connector technologies.
• Design and implement automated provisioning and deprovisioning solutions across SaaS, cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Lead application onboarding initiatives, including identity aggregation, entitlement management, role modeling, access profiles, and provisioning policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity synchronization, correlation, certification, provisioning, and access governance issues.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, HR, compliance, audit, and business teams to translate security and business requirements into scalable identity controls.
• Support governance reviews, access certification campaigns, compliance audits, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Contribute to identity security architecture standards, automation strategies, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on identity and access management best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), or Security Architecture.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting enterprise IGA platforms such as SailPoint ISC, SailPoint IIQ, or similar solutions.
• 2+ years of experience supporting cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, governance controls, and access management processes.
• Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, Active Directory, HR systems, and cloud applications.
• Proven experience implementing automated identity provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building identity security automation and workflow orchestration solutions.
• Knowledge of identity governance operating models, architecture standards, and security frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, cloud security architecture, and enterprise security governance.
• Experience working within healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior IAM or security engineers.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, SailPoint Certification, or equivalent security credentials.
• Understanding of Zero Trust principles, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and modern identity security architectures.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, or similar standards.
