We are seeking a Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise identity security solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. This role combines identity governance, access management, security engineering, systems integration, and automation to deliver scalable, compliant, and secure identity lifecycle management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineering

• Design, implement, and enhance enterprise Identity Governance & Administration solutions supporting employees, contractors, partners, and third-party users.
• Develop scalable identity governance frameworks that strengthen security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Drive implementation of enterprise identity management standards and best practices.
• Support identity security initiatives across complex and highly regulated environments.

Identity Lifecycle Management

• Design and automate end-to-end identity lifecycle processes, including:
• Joiner
• Mover
• Leaver
• Provisioning
• Deprovisioning
• Access Request Management
• Ensure timely and accurate user onboarding, access modifications, and offboarding activities.
• Improve governance and automation across identity lifecycle workflows.
• Reduce manual effort through streamlined provisioning processes.

Access Governance & Compliance

• Develop and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks.
• Implement and support:
• Access Certifications
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Access Reviews
• Policy Enforcement
• Compliance Controls
• Ensure access governance solutions align with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Support compliance programs through effective identity governance controls.

SailPoint Development & Integration

• Build, configure, test, and deploy enterprise IGA solutions using SailPoint platforms.
• Develop integrations utilizing:
• REST APIs
• SCIM
• LDAP
• JDBC
• Active Directory
• Custom Connector Frameworks
• Integrate identity governance platforms with enterprise applications, cloud services, and business systems.
• Support application onboarding and identity governance expansion initiatives.

Provisioning & Access Automation

• Design automated provisioning and deprovisioning solutions across:
• SaaS Applications
• Cloud Platforms
• Hybrid Environments
• On-Premises Systems
• Manage entitlement structures, access profiles, roles, and provisioning policies.
• Improve efficiency through workflow automation and orchestration.
• Ensure access requests and approvals follow governance requirements.

Cloud Identity Security

• Support identity governance capabilities across cloud platforms and modern architectures.
• Integrate cloud-based applications and services into enterprise access management frameworks.
• Implement identity security controls across multi-cloud environments.
• Support cloud governance, authentication, and authorization strategies.

Troubleshooting & Operational Support

• Investigate and resolve complex identity-related issues involving:
• Identity Synchronization
• Account Correlation
• Access Certification
• Provisioning
• Aggregation Processes
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support ongoing platform maintenance, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure operational stability and system reliability.

Security Architecture & Governance

• Partner with cybersecurity, compliance, audit, infrastructure, HR, and application teams to develop governance models and security controls.
• Translate business requirements into secure identity and access management solutions.
• Support enterprise security architecture initiatives and governance programs.
• Contribute to the development of identity security standards and operating models.

Mentorship & Continuous Improvement

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IAM and IGA professionals.
• Share best practices and contribute to team capability development.
• Evaluate emerging identity security technologies and recommend improvements.
• Drive continuous enhancement of identity governance processes and platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in:
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Cybersecurity Engineering
• Enterprise Security Architecture
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with:
• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
• 2+ years of experience supporting:
• Microsoft Azure
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience implementing enterprise IGA platforms and identity governance frameworks.
• Strong experience integrating applications through:
• SCIM
• REST APIs
• LDAP
• Active Directory
• HR Systems
• Cloud Applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing identity automation and workflow orchestration solutions.
• Experience defining enterprise identity governance operating models and architectural standards.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and cloud-native security controls.
• Experience working within healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and supporting organizational capability growth.
• Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
