Are you passionate about leading enterprise identity security transformations and designing scalable Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions that strengthen security, compliance, and operational efficiency? We are seeking a Lead IGA Solution Architect to define and drive identity security strategy, architecture, and implementation across complex enterprise environments. This role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale identity modernization initiatives, develop governance frameworks, and deliver secure, automated access management solutions that support Zero Trust principles and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Identity Governance & Security Architecture

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions supporting employees, contractors, and third-party users.
• Develop target-state identity architectures, governance frameworks, and strategic roadmaps aligned with business and security objectives.
• Define identity security standards, policies, and architectural principles across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Support enterprise Zero Trust initiatives by implementing secure access controls and identity-centric security strategies.

Identity Lifecycle Management

• Design and optimize identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, transfers, offboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning workflows.
• Develop automated access request, approval, and certification processes that improve governance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure identity lifecycle controls support compliance, audit, and security requirements.
• Implement scalable governance models for workforce and non-workforce identities.

SailPoint & IGA Platform Engineering

• Architect, configure, and deploy SailPoint Identity Security solutions and related identity governance platforms.
• Design integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, HR systems, and cloud application connectors.
• Lead application onboarding efforts, including account aggregation, entitlement management, role modeling, and provisioning policies.
• Develop automated identity synchronization and access management capabilities across enterprise applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity governance, certification, provisioning, and access management challenges.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

• Design governance frameworks supporting Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), access reviews, and policy enforcement.
• Ensure identity solutions align with regulatory, audit, and enterprise compliance requirements.
• Partner with compliance, audit, risk, and security teams to strengthen governance controls and reporting capabilities.
• Support security initiatives related to Privileged Access Management (PAM) and identity security monitoring.

Enterprise Transformation & Leadership

• Lead enterprise identity transformation programs and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, HR, compliance, and business teams to develop strategic identity solutions.
• Drive adoption of identity governance best practices, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to engineering and architecture teams.
• Influence senior executives and stakeholders to align identity strategies with organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), or Enterprise Security Architecture.
• Extensive experience architecting and implementing enterprise Identity Governance & Administration solutions.
• Strong expertise with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Experience designing identity integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, Active Directory, and HR systems.
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and security controls.
• Experience supporting cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, SoD, access certifications, provisioning, and policy management.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise architecture roadmaps and identity security strategies.
• Experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, SailPoint, or equivalent security credentials.
• Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and cloud-native security architectures.
• Experience with identity automation, orchestration, and governance operating models.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and Privileged Access Management solutions.
