Are you passionate about strengthening enterprise security through identity governance, access automation, and modern cybersecurity solutions? We are seeking a Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Developer to design, implement, and enhance enterprise identity management capabilities that improve security, support compliance requirements, and streamline access lifecycle processes. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams while delivering scalable identity solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise identity governance and administration solutions supporting employees, contractors, and third-party users.
• Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, role changes, offboarding, access provisioning, and deprovisioning workflows.
• Establish and enhance governance models for role-based access control (RBAC), access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD), and policy compliance.
• Build, configure, test, and deploy integrations using APIs, directory services, cloud-based identity platforms, and custom connectors.
• Lead application onboarding initiatives, including account aggregation, entitlement management, access roles, and provisioning policies.
• Design and implement automated access management solutions across SaaS, cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity synchronization, access governance, certification, and provisioning issues.
• Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, audit, HR, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective identity security controls.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation, standardization, and continuous process optimization.
• Support governance and compliance initiatives by ensuring identity controls align with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), or enterprise security environments.
• 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise identity governance platforms.
• 2+ years of experience working with public cloud environments and cloud security controls.
• Strong experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, Active Directory, HR platforms, and cloud applications.
• Hands-on expertise designing and implementing enterprise identity governance solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with identity security automation, orchestration, and workflow management.
• Knowledge of identity governance operating models, architecture standards, and best practices.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps methodologies, cloud-native security architectures, and governance frameworks.
• Professional cybersecurity, identity management, or related industry certifications.
• Experience working within highly regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or other compliance-driven sectors.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers and developers.
• Understanding of Zero Trust security principles, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and access governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to security, privacy, and audit controls.
• Experience implementing scalable identity solutions that support enterprise growth and evolving security requirements
