Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities, and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Promotions Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the execution of promotional activities by collaborating with various cross-functional teams.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
- Coordinate incoming information received through the generic inboxes for cost and promotions fresh and grocery and redirect to the appropriate owner
- Verify and distribute ZSIMMAN ad hoc POS outbound to the stores
- Create clearance offers on delisted and seasonal items to support the sell through of remaining products and send Store communication
- Create contest offers as required
- Review transmission reports to ensure data flow to our stores
- Billing and Issuance Nationally – Three-part Process
- Create promotional Complex signage, for weekly and monthly offers
- Downloading and providing analyst with copies of flyers
- Provide detailed backup for vendor disputed deductions to substantiate concern
- Send vendor confirmations Create vendor contracts within CMA
- Post order guides
- Resolution of store issues and inquires
- Perform other administrative duties as required
What you have to offer:
- Post-secondary Diploma, a two-year program, or the equivalent
- One to two years retail, merchandising, or administrative experience
- Experience in a retail store environment preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP considered an Asset
- Working knowledge of CMA considered an Asset
- Ability to Multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, plan and work with a high level of detail
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
