The
Financial Analyst, Operations in Ontario will provide financial analysis and business decision support to the Manager and Director of Finance Operations, the District Operators and Store Operators/Franchisees.
Here's Where You'll Be Focusing
- Perform moderately complex analysis;
- Make suggestions to improve functional area processes;
- Assist in forecasting, targeting and budgeting process;
- Prepare/maintain analytical reports in various systems (SAP, Longview and BW) and communicate results;
- Analyze capital investment opportunities as required;
- Perform administrative tasks, as required;
- Work with cross-functional groups to identify opportunities to reduce costs;
- Adhere to GAAP and IFRS and CEO/CFO Certification;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving business needs and growth initiatives;
- Participate in projects as assigned.
What You Have To Offer
- University degree in Business and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience or Diploma and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience;
- Finance experience in corporate operations is an asset;
- Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal);
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Suite, Advanced Microsoft Excel;
- Previous experience working in a Retail environment is an asset.
