The Details:

• Permanent, Full-Time positions available for licensed Red Seal Millwright
• Location: 350 Bell Blvd, Belleville, Ontario
• Shift starts at 6am
• We are a Pork processing facility
• Full Benefits after 3 months of employment (health/vision, dental)
• Overtime opportunities
• Annual boot and tool allowance
• Hourly Wage Range is $38 to $42

The Tasks:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
• Conduct equipment inspections and complete maintenance documentation accurately.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and support efforts to minimize downtime.
• Fabricate, adjust, repair, and replace machinery components as required.
• Maintain work areas in a clean, organized, and 5S-compliant condition.
• Report safety hazards, equipment defects, and quality or food safety concerns immediately.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and other departments to support production objectives.
• Follow all health and safety, food safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility is required to support business needs, including overtime and shift adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

• Ability to work collaboratively with all departments in a service-oriented role, providing timely, respectful, and professional support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an industrial or commercial millwright, with experience in food manufacturing or other industrial environments preferred.
• Fast-paced manufacturing environment, repetitive tasks, and ability to stand for extended hours
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted
• Must be able to work under special work conditions, such as extreme heat or cold
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Must be able to communicate and understand English
