- Holding a master's degree in Geoscience or Engineering with 20+ years of
professional Upstream experience in E&P research & development activities.
- Knowledge and skill of Seismic API
- Optimize survey design considering cost, data quality, and exploration risk
- Seismic interpretation (horizons, faults, stratigraphy) to build subsurface frameworks
- Proven experience in program development, prospect evaluation, and multidisciplinary
integration
- Advanced analysis like AVO/AVA, inversion. Rock physics (seismic reservoir characterization)
- Assess geohazards such as faults, overpressure, instability, or drilling risks.
- Integrate seismic with Well logs. Core data and Petrophysical interpretation
- Highly developed teamwork abilities, leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, goal
oriented, multi-tasking, flexibility, creativity, organization, and superior communication skills
- Translate complex geological data into actionable insights for decision-making
- Manage geophysical components of exploration/development projects

Responsibilities
Optimize seismic survey designs by balancing cost, data quality, and exploration risk, and interpret seismic data to develop subsurface frameworks and evaluate prospects. Manage geophysical components of exploration and development projects, assess geohazards and drilling risks, and integrate seismic, well log, core, and petrophysical data to support decision-making.
Requirements
Requires a master's degree in Geoscience or Engineering and more than 20 years of professional upstream experience in E&P research and development. Candidates should have advanced seismic analysis and interpretation expertise, strong program development and multidisciplinary integration experience, and demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
