· Strong facilitation skills with a track record of leading high-impact executive briefings, client councils, and account planning sessions.

· Demonstrated track record of driving organizational and mission-focused results.

· Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal teams

· Strong understanding of portfolio management and go-to-market growth strategies

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at both the operational and executive levels.

· Strategic thinking with a focus on driving long-term client value and loyalty.

· Strong analytical skills for assessing client satisfaction and health, identifying trends, and recommending data-driven improvements.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
