YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🎯

Articulate the goals and objectives of the program, and how it will impact the business;
Own the development and management of the strategies, schedules and budget of your project portfolio;
Establish & present project schedules and business cases, and guide the cross functional team towards defined project milestones;
Establish and track metrics to monitor performance and progress, prepare status reports and modify schedules and plans as required;
Provide day-to-day leadership to cross-functional teams;
present project schedules, business cases and updates at regular reviews with senior management;
Identify key project risk items, with corresponding risk mitigation or reduction strategies;
Escalate to the appropriate level of management as needed;
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Control Program costs (manpower, material and other direct costs), support negotiations with suppliers and other stakeholders in terms of schedule, technical scope and commercial impact

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS 💎

You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business;
You have a technical or manufacturing background in aerospace (considered an asset);
You have more than five (5) years of relevant experience;
You possess initiative, are results driven, and have the desire to make decisions;
You have strong project management experience, team leadership skills as well solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities;
You possess superior communication skills (written & spoken) and the ability to influence at different levels of the organization;
You can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and still deliver on commitments;

LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯

Influencer (leadership) au jour le jour l'équipe multidisciplinaire vers l'atteinte des objectifs du programme;
Présenter des échéanciers, des études de cas et des mises à jour régulières à la direction;
Identifier les risques clés du projet, incluant les stratégies pertinentes à l'atténuation/réduction;
Escalader au niveau approprié de gestion lorsque requis;
Établir et maintenir des relations d'affaires avec les partenaires internes et externes;
Contrôler les coûts du programme (main-d'œuvre, matériel et autres coûts directs), soutenir les négociations avec les fournisseurs et les autres parties prenantes en termes de cédules, de domaine technique et l'impact commercial

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of engineering programs by defining objectives, strategies, schedules, budgets, milestones, and performance controls. Guide cross-functional teams, report progress to senior management, manage risks and costs, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including supporting supplier negotiations.

Requirements
