Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of HRIS experience
- Demonstrates problem-solving, trouble-shooting, software lifecycle testing, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience with HRIS Systems (PeopleSoft HCM preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical users.
- Advanced MicroSoft Excel skills
- Experience in developing, enhancing and trouble-shooting Peoplesoft Queries
- Outstanding operational and organizational skills in addition to detailed oriented work
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to operate autonomously and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be well organized and to be multi-tasking
- Ability to work as part of a multicultural team
- Ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and to be client-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience/training
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Knowledge of the banking industry
- Analytical and project management skills a plus

Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft queries, and support HRIS testing, including user acceptance testing and software lifecycle testing. Lead project tasks, solve operational issues, and collaborate with technical and non-technical users and internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Requires 5–7 years of HRIS experience, preferably with PeopleSoft HCM, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and experience building and troubleshooting PeopleSoft queries. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project leadership skills; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
